Über 1000 Wissenschaftler arbeiten zur Zeit an Projekten zu einem einheitlichen europäischen Vertragsrecht. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Eigentum und Kauf. Strukturell orientiert man sich stark am Prozess der Rechtsvereinheitlichung im Common Law. Ansätze im sozialen Zivilrecht, die sich an der traditionellen Werthierarchie des kontinentaleuropäischen Rechtes auf der Grundlage sozialer Gerechtigkeit orientieren, sind unterrepräsentiert. Plus de 1000 chercheurs travaillent actuellement au sein de projets pour l’unification du droit des contrats dans l’Union européenne. Le droit de la propriété et de la vente sont au cœur de leurs réflexions juridiques. Cette orientation est inspirée par le système de Common law. Elle ne prend pas assez en compte les conceptions européennes du droit civil continental fondées sur la hiérarchie des valeurs, en particulier sur le principe de justice sociale. ... Over 1000 academics are currently working on projects relating to a unified European law of contract. Property and commerce are central to them. In structural terms, the focus is firmly on the process of unification of Common Law. Social civil law approaches, based on the principles of social justice derived from the traditional hierarchy of values inherent in European continental law, remain unrepresented.
